CTS was a 40 person medium sized, locally owned telecommunications company when they hired the Expand team. Our mission for the company was to increase EBITDA so the owners could prepare to sell the company for the largest return. While working as employees at CTS, the Expand team developed the business plan to target a new sector (Residential Service), used the Expand Ecommerce Tool to automate their order flow, and provided marketing and sales support that led to so much growth that it caught the eye of the potential buyer, Metronet. The company sold to Metronet, Inc in 2020.
